Fake Finns in Fiskars

For the opening of the Floating Gardens summer exhibition in Fiskars I was invited as artist and asked to invite four more artists. I decided to ask only Fake Finns: Tomasz Szrama (POL), Olga Prokhorova (RUS) and Olivier Fokoua (CAM). Unfortunately HyunJoo Min (KOR) had to cancel on the very last moment.
I started the event with introducing my colleagues, writing their names in gold color. Then i filled four pink buckets with water from the river and washed the names in the respective buckets. Climbing a ladder i put the buckets high in a tree, as strange fruits. My own name written on a paper i sank to the bottom of the river with a stone, where it will slowly be washed away.
