Head On
In an open field a painting contest is organized: every artist gets 90 minutes time to create and finish a painting that will be auctioned immediately after the contest.
During the painting action a band is playing rock music. Young and old walk around to look at evolving art works and to have a snack or drink.
Instead of a canvas I took a mirror, seated myself in front of it and started to shave my head.
Clean shaven I replaced the mirror with a canvas and filled three bowls with the colors red, blue and yellow. I dipped my head in one of the bowls and started to paint using my head as a brush. Dipping my head in the other bowls created soon enough a colorful composition on the canvas.
The auction master started asking 10 $. When it was offered I made a slight bow. With every following 5 $ I bowed a bit deeper.
The painting was sold for 65 $. The man told me he bought not only the painting (that he wasn't too enthusiastic about..) but above all the story.
